Advantages:

Отличная трёхкомнатная квартира в 9-ти этажном доме в центре Агудзеры. Всё чисто, обстановка и мебель - новые. Обогреватели (что было актуально в январе) - имеются. Рядом, в пешей доступности магазины и рынок через дорогу. Место для парковки машины также найти без проблем. До моря (летом) идти минут 20-25 неспешным шагом. Хозяин квартиры - очень позитивный и открытый человек. Готовый решить любые возникающие вопросы (которых к слову и не было) незамедлительно. В общем, всё понравилось. Если в следующий раз решим остановиться в Агузарова, то только сюда.
