Море близко минут 7 ходьбы, хозяйка приятная проживает на территории по всем вопросам можно обращаться в любую минуту, подскажет расскажет. На территории ещё три домика.

Advantages:

Отдыхали в сентябре 2024 года большой компанией 13 человек. Для нашей компании место подошло как нельзя лучше. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и доброжелательная. Расположение прекрасное, недалеко пляж (по итогу отдыха оценили как лучший в Сухум), близко магазинчик и остановка транспорта.
