На территории участка есть два эко домика, а между ними летняя кухня, которая оборудована всем необходимым, 2 обеденных стола, 2 холодильника, микроволновая печь, стиральная машина, газовая плита, есть стульчик для кормления.
Также на территории есть большой дом, для большой компании или для двух семей. В котором есть пять комнат, 2 туалета, 2 душа, рассчитан до 12 человек.
На участке есть бассейн, качели, гамак, теннисный стол, мангал.
До моря пешком 10 минут, до города можно добраться на автобусе минут 20.
