Квартира расположена прям в центре города Сухум. На первой береговой линии, у памятника неизвестному солдату ( рядом кафе «Эльбрус». Рынок в 15-20 минутах ходьбы, до моря 2 минуты (через парк), рядом детская площадка, спортзал, детский центр, кафе, рестораны, набережная.
При необходимости можно поставить детскую кроватку до 3-4 лет. С животными можно. Курить строго на балконе. Двор чистый, опрятный, полон детьми и добрыми соседями).
