Чисто, новая мебель. Ответственные хозяева. Приятный приветственный бонус в виде мандаринов, вина и фирменного абхазского пудинга.

Disadvantages:

Хорошо бы поставить в номера чайник и мусорное ведро. Найти дом непросто, особенно с телефоном в роуминге, выглядит как обычный жилой дом. Можно было бы обозначить знаком или табличкой.
