Комнаты благоустроены всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха!!! В доме полнoстью обoрудoваннaя куxня, кондиционер, бесплaтный WI-FI, на этаже 4 спальные комнаты, с двуспальными кроватями. Есть веранда для отдыха со столиком и стульями. Мангал.

Номер состоит из 2-х проходных комнат, в каждой из которой по 1-ой 2-х спальной кровати!!!

Следует отметить, что район тур. гостиницы "Айтар" и пляж "Мокко", считается самым благоприятным местом для отдыха в г. Сухум, чистейшая морская вода, галечно-песочный пляж, развитая курортная инфраструктура. По близости множество закусочных заведений (Абхазская национальная кухня, ресторан "Айтар", кафе и многое другое).
