Advantages:

Очень милая квартира, есть все для комфортного пребывания. Интернет быстрый. Хозяин приветливый, всегда готов помочь, если что. Квартира находится в спальном районе, поэтому очень тихо, думаю, для семей с детьми самое то. До пляжа недалеко, минут 10 спокойным шагом. Только будьте внимательны, в пешей доступности нет крупных супермаркетов и аптек, до них всех нужно ехать на автобусе/маршрутке. Плюс периодически отключается вода днем, ночью ее тоже нет, но это вроде происходит во всем городе, так что никаких претензий к хозяину квартиры
