«Частный дом» расположен в пяти минутах от ЖД вокзала, не далеко от главной дороги, но городской шум минимальный, остановка «Мёдколледж», в наличий четыре номера на втором этаже двухэтажного дома, однако доступ к жилью как на первый этаж, то есть подниматься не нужно, кухня и удобства общие на этаже, отдельно от хозяев. Рядом с домом два продуктовых магазина, два заведения общепита. Выход к остановке с подземным переходом или так же через подземку к морю по улице ведущей через центральный рынок - 15 минут ходьбы. Хозяева гостеприимные добродушные культурные люди.
