Сдаётся гостевой дом, со всеми удобствами. З - двухместные спальни, можно добавить дополнительные места в каждую спальню. 2 санузла (в доме и на улице). Каждая комната закрывается на замок. Так же имеется зона отдыха на 2 этаже. Есть возможность размещение личного автомобиля в просторном дворе.

В доме есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания. Кухонный гарнитур с техникой, уютные спальни, современная ванная комната. Во дворе есть отдельный санузел, и летний душ и зона отдыха, wi-fi, стиральная машина, кондиционеры в каждой комнате.

Имеется мангальная зона и дополнительная кухня, во дворе дома. Превосходный мандариновый сад на большом и просторном участке. Дом находится в 8 минутах от моря, и в 14 км от сухумского аэропорта

Дом принимает гостей круглый год.
