Advantages:

Жилье расположено практически на береговой линии. Есть двор с камерами видеонаблюдения, оставляли машину открытой и ни о чем не переживали

Disadvantages:

Была сумрачная погода и жилье показалось темным, но это не зависящие ни от кого причины
