Advantages:

Центр города, удобная кровать, кондиционер, чистота, приятная хозяйка, рядом пляж, ботанический сад и многое другое. Рядом кафе и магазины, тир. Рекомендую останавливаться. Хорошего отдыха

Disadvantages:

Были небольшие недостатки - с отключением электричества и воды, но это практически никак не сказалось и не зависило от хозяев
