Advantages:

Дом неплох, но не дом, а только 1 этаж! Нигде не сказано об этом, а хозяева живут при этом на 2 этаже старый, проблемы с интернетом. Сложности с душем, туалетом. Требуется ремонт. Своих денег не стоит чуток, в целом удовлетворительно.

Disadvantages:

Есть собаки, ночью выпускают, нигде не описано об этом.
